Welcome Construction Co., Ltd. (WCCL) was established in 1981 and specialized in wide range of civil engineering and maintenance works contracts, including waterworks, road and drainage works of government contracts.

WCCL has been actively participating in Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) promotional activities and encourages its employees and workers to express new initiatives and innovative ideas on site safety enhancement measures. WCCL has implemented and maintained a safety management system which has incorporated a variety of safety incentive schemes in order to cultivate a positive attitude on "Safety at Work".
